PARENTAL CHOICE

Elementary and Secondary School Choice Application Dates:

• The choice application process begins each year in mid-September with an application submission deadline the first week of December
• Current Buffalo public school students may only apply during the choice application process dates (mid September through the first week of December)
• New students are accepted into Buffalo Public Schools throughout the school year

Who Must Apply:

Current Buffalo public school students that are at the highest grade level of their school

Documentation Needed for Registration:

      ü Birth Certificate
  ü Immunization Record (up-to-date)
  ü Proof of Buffalo Residency
  ü Last Report Card or Student transcript (2nd through 12th grade)
  ü Guardianship or Legal Custody Papers (if other than biological or adoptive parent/s) 
  ü Picture Identification
