Bids were opened at 11:00 AM on Wednesday October 28, 2009. Further information on the bids received is contained under the tab to the left.

Special note: The district has been expertly assisted throughout this process by Mark Walsh from Transportation Advisory Services.

Our current transportation contracts expire on June 30, 2010. On September 18th we issued bids for transportation services to begin on July 1, 2010. The Pre Bid meeting was held on 9/30/09. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on 10/28/09.

Addendum #1 was posted on 10/7/09. Addendum #2 was posted on 10/14/09 along with updated proposal submittal forms. Addendum #3 was posted Thursday 10/22/09 to respond to all questions received up to the 10/21/09 deadline for submission of questions.

Bid specs and any addendum will be posted on this site but only registered bidders will receive formal communications from the district. Failure to register as a bidder will relieve the Buffalo City School District of the responsibility to notify any potential bidders. The failure to register as a formal bidder means that the bidder has their own full responsibility to obtain all relevant specifications and addendum. Thank you.
