Hospitality/Culinary Arts is currently offered at Emerson School of Hospitality and The Buffalo School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management

In our unique hospitality programs, students operate restaurants and banquet facilities that serve the busy downtown area lunch crowd. The hands-on training program offers a wide-ranging culinary curriculum aligned to the National Restaurant Association. In a small-school setting, students receive individualized attention in areas such as commercial food production, commercial baking, gourmet food preparation, state of the art foodservice computer operation, catering and banquet operations, nutrition, and restaurant management.
