Personal Training/Health & Wellness is currently offered at South Park High School and Riverside Academy*

Personal Training/Health & Wellness courses combine the topics of Health Education courses (e.g., nutrition, stress management, substance abuse prevention, disease prevention, first aid, etc.) with an active fitness component (typically including aerobic activity and fitness circuits) with the intention of conveying the importance of life-long wellness habits.
*NOTE: The program is referred to as Personal Training at South Park High School and as Health & Wellness at Riverside Academy. Both schools follow the same curriculum.
