Project AWARE at Burgard High School is a mental health grant with the mission of engaging parents and families, connecting them to mental health/community resources, and providing training in mental health in a sustainable and lasting way. BPS was selected by NYS Office of Mental Health to participate in the 4-year grant running from 10/1/2019 - 9/30/2023 totaling $1.8 million over the course of the grant.
