If you are an editor for your department webpage, then you are a " Department Site Editor."

Each department must identify their own Website Editor to update and maintain their own website - Current List of All Department Website Editors
Directors/Supervisors are responsible for their department's website content. (But can assign responsibilities as a duty.)

• Departments are responsible for their own website content.

• Welcome page that has a banner, and department mission/vision posted on it (Exemplar)

• A banner may be provided by district designer to have a consistent aesthetic between all department home/welcome pages (Submit TDX request.)

• Department Staff Directory  (first link on left-hand navigation bar) with current staff.

• Remove outdated content.

• Be In ADA (Americans with disabilities) compliance. (Make sure that ALT Text is used in pictures and in documents.)

• All requests should be done via Team Dynamix Ticket.
