Guidance on where to get assistance for BPS Staff:
Submit a Team Dynamix ticket three (3) weeks in advance for BPS Campus and six (6) weeks for Off-Campus
Request assistance for various on-site services for all technologies.
You can comment on existing tickets instead of creating a second ticket.
For live chat support, fill out the "Issue Submission" section and you will be placed in the queue to chat with an agent.

Toshiba is a 3rd party company contracted by Buffalo Public Schools to manage all printers and copiers that are on the BPS network.
