Sports Registration (FinalForms)

The mission of the Buffalo Public Schools Athletic Department is to provide students of all ability levels the opportunity to participate in interscholastic and intramural athletics, prioritizing academics first to reinforce character, lasting principles, faith, and fundamentals while continuously developing highly competitive athletic programs.

All Buffalo Athletic Programs will be using Final Forms for sports and intramural/summer camp activity registration for the 2024-2025 school year. Please create an account for your family and add your students OR login to your current account. When registering for summer camp and fall sports, you will need to select the BLUE "NEXT YEAR 2024-2025" BUTTON. Click on the FinalForms Parent Playbook for step by step directions to register your child.

Summer Camp/Activity registration will open 5/4/2024 under the Extracurricular Activities section in your Final Forms account! Please note dates, times, sessions and locations on all camp descriptions when signing up or follow the link to access our summer programming menu.

Fall sports PRE-registration will open on 5/13/2024. Pre-registering will allow coaches to contact your athlete regarding the first day of practice and any pre-season meetings as well as keep up to date on physical expirations.

Health History Forms are required to be submitted to school within 30 days of the start of the school year therefore, official fall registration will begin on July 27, 2024. You will be prompted to sign all health forms on this date for fall athletic programs.
