Greetings, families and friends...
We are in our final week of our summer arts enrichment programs, and I am pleased to share with you our invitation to our culminating event: The Final Act 2023!
On Friday, August 11, we will be celebrating the work of our young artists, poets and performers. You will see the mural that the Mural Mania artists have created, hear some of the poetry written by our poets, and watch our production of Willy Wonka Kids as performed by our summertime actors.
Doors will open at 10:30 AM with opening Remarks at 10:45 AM. A closing reception will end our summer camp at 11:45 AM.
We have learned so much over the 5-week program and I do hope that your children have come out of this program believing in the importance of the arts as a mechanism for joy, camaraderie, critical thinking, reflection, understanding, collaboration, and of course, creativity.
The Summer Arts Enrichment staff can't wait to meet all of you and share with you what will certainly be a memorable day for everyone.
