PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 5.2 of the By-Laws of the Buffalo Board
of Education, Board President Sharon Belton-Cottman has called a “Special Meeting” of the
Board to be held in 801 City Hall on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. The purpose of
this meeting is for the Board to discuss and take action regarding the Superintendent’s goals
for the 2023-2024 school year and consider and take action on an amendment to the
Superintendent’s contract of employment. The Board reserves the ability to go into executive
session for an appropriate purpose.
