A Symposium on the Status of Males of Color In the Buffalo Public Schools: November 9, 2023 8:15 am - 3:30 pm Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center Hohn Lecture Hall Presented by Roswell Park and the Eagle Academy Foundation

A Symposium on the Status of Males of Color In the Buffalo Public Schools:

The Office of CLRI in collaboration with Roswell Park Cancer Center and the Eagle Academy Foundation will host a Symposium on Males of Color as their second Disproportionality Training Session. The day will include guest speakers, elevating student voice, data analysis and action steps for creating optimal learning environments and outcomes for Males of Color and all students in the Buffalo Public Schools.

The Eagle Academy Foundation was established to improve educational outcomes for more inner-city young men by providing professional development to school administrators and teachers within and outside of the Eagle Academy network.

The Eagle Academy Foundation develops and supports a network of all-male, grades 6 through 12, college-preparatory schools in challenged, urban communities. They educate and mentor young men into future leaders committed to excellence in character, scholastic achievement, and community service, and they promote these principles nationally.
