Please read the following instructions before submitting payment
Please be advised, there is a $1.00 transaction/convenience fee for each transaction and processing fee of 2.25% for credit or debit payments, or $.50 for ACH. The fees will automatically be calculated in your total.
Once you complete the form, select "Add to Cart." When you are ready to make the payment, select the shopping cart icon on the upper righthand side. Provide your payment information to finish the transaction. A receipt will be emailed to you.
