Please read and fill out the forms below and a coach will reach out to you regarding tryouts and schedules.

• Students MUST have an updated physical to participate.

• Anyone interested needs to have their physical completed and returned to the Nurse (Room 128) with parent signatures in order to have a physical.

• Students interested in participating in winter sports are to see their gym teacher to sign up.
