 School #3 will continue to focus on student engagement under the whole child approach. As defined by policies, practices, and relationships that ensure each child, in each school, in each community, is healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged.

School #3’s priority is to promote student engagement from four different fronts:

• Relationships

• Instruction

• Resources

• Monitoring

These educational strategies are all aligned with the district’s priorities and the Education Bargain. As noted in the chart, building strong relationships is at the foundation of what we do. This is part of our mission, and it must speak to our core beliefs.
