In order to help students evolve into conscientious, community-minded, purpose driven professionals who excel at their respective careers and who embrace our collective responsibility of building and sustaining viable communities, we will:

1. perpetually practice professionalism through immersion in an environment that explicitly teaches and continually reinforces professional norms of behavior, self-presentation and interpersonal interactions;

2. prepare students for their respective careers by participation in career programs that through key partnerships engage students in rigorous and real-world preparation work;

3. provide instruction driven by culturally responsive higher order thinking activities that will enable students to meet the requirements for graduation and beyond; teachers will continuously diagnose and correct misconceptions in order to ensure each student’s optimal achievement;

4. engage students in efforts to formulate and implement solutions to the real-world problems faced in their communities by working with community organizations, stakeholders and government entities.
