Lance Drake, Special Education
Mr. Drake is a Special Education teacher in his fifth year as a Research Raptor. He holds a graduate degree in English Education and, in addition to Special Education 7-12, is certified in English Language Arts 7-12. He is a proponent of project-based learning and believes in a ‘growth-mindset’ approach. Mr. Drake draws on his ELA roots to infuse all aspects of teaching and learning with essential literary elements. Outside of school, Mr. Drake enjoys music and gardening.
