Ms. Yarmolenko is an ENL teacher (English as a new language teacher) at the Research Laboratory High School for Bioinformatics & Life Sciences and holds a NYS certification in TESOL K-12. She graduated summa cum laude with an M.A. degree in linguistics and TESOL from the Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkassy, Ukraine. After moving to the U.S., she joined the Buffalo Public Schools in 2010, and has also been teaching for SUNY online starting the same year. Ms. Yarmolenko joined the Research Laboratory High School for Bioinformatics & Life Sciences in 2023. In her free time, she likes to travel, read, solve nonograms, and spend time with her family and friends.
