ESY Work-Based Learning

Below you will see examples of students engaged in work-based learning during the ESY Program. Each classroom has the opportunity to experience a different work environment during the summer. These sites include working the BPS Food Truck, working with the summer program at the Center for Innovation, Technology, & Training, 355/42 Laundry Program, Emerson Bakery Program, Hearts for the Homeless, St. Lukes Mission, and Price Rite to name a few. Students have also been able to engage in life skills training in the apartment and recreation activities with Ladders to the Outdoors.
