Volunteer vs. Visitor

Visitor/Volunteer Policy

• All visitors/volunteers must enter the building via Door 1. Upon entrance volunteers/visitors must go through our Evolv scanner and/or be wanded by a school security guard and then proceed to the Main Office so that you can be checked in.

• During arrival, ONLY students will enter the building.

• During dismissal, NO visitors will be permitted in the building.

• When picking up a student during the school day (before 2:00 pm), the students will be brought to the door. 

• Parent meetings can be arranged in person, if necessary. These meetings must be scheduled with a staff member in advance. If you have an emergency, please notify a school clerk and/or contact an administrator.
