PS 069 Houghton Academy

Current 4^th, 6^th, and 8^th grade students are eligible to take the Admissions Test for Olmsted School (#156) and City Honors School (#195).  If you are interested in your child attending either school, this is the first step!    All students in 4^th grade will take the test unless the parent/caregiver declines testing by checking the opt out box on the permission slip form.  Parents/Caregivers who would like their 6^th or 8^th grade student to take the test, please complete the permission slip form.  Please complete and return the permission slip form to your child’s school.
