Mr. Bill Lutey, Assistant Principal
Mr. Lutey is the Assistant Principal at Research Laboratory High School. Before joining RLHS, Mr. Lutey was a special education teacher at Hutchison Technical High School. Mr. Lutey has worked in education for 18 years, with all years focusing on special education. Currently, Mr. Lutey holds New York State teacher certification in special education 1-12, social studies education 5-12, elementary education 1-6 and NYS School Building Leader. Mr. Lutey attended Niagara University for both undergrad and graduate degrees.
